Like it or not I have to start eating healthier and more often than not home-cooked items are as much as I hate to say that. There are not many things that I can eat at this point in time and thus trying to plan on a really limited menu is trying. Thank god for a childhood favorite that is a total life-saver.

Having to go really healthy mean having to forgo the sodium and stuff that make Japanese food yummy and instead of using Japanese sushi rice seasoning, I had to resort to using apple vinegar diluted with just a wee bit of sugar.

2 cups of cooked Japanese rice
30ml of apple vinegar that has been diluted with 1 teaspoon of sugar and 1 teaspoon of miri.
50grams of Tuna spread (yupz will share the recipe another day)
Seaweed optional

1. Cook the rice in the rice cooker
2. Mix the apple vinegar mixture into the cooked rice while its warm and cool it before using them.
3. Wet hands before grabbing some rice and placing it on the gladwrap.
4. Shape the rice and add tuna spread to the rice.

5. Top up with more rice

6. Shape it into a rice ball and there we are done.
7. You can always wrap the rice ball with seaweed if you do fancy that.
