Went shopping in the fish market today and guess what i found … yummy tiger prawns that were huge and fresh! They were like 200grams each!!!

Was thinking of grilling them when inspiration struck and here comes big prawn meesiam! The prawn stock that was made from the prawns was umami and added such punch to the gravy!

I’m sooo gonna do this again when I see such prawns!!! Anyone thinks I should give laksa a shoot with the same type of prawns???
