Ever had to host guests at home for dinner after a long week at work? If you ever had to this, you would know that it is great to serve yummy dishes that look like they took forever but in fact takes just a matter of minutes to prepare.

Well this recipe below is one that has been well received by my friends and is one of my all time favorite deserts to serve at home or to bring along for a potluck.

I present, Debz’s No Bake Easy Chocolate-Hazelnut Pie

1. 1 large egg white
2. 2 tablespoons raw sugar
3. 1/2 cup 2% reduced-fat milk
4. 8 ounces bittersweet chocolate, finely chopped
5. 1 cup light sour cream
6. 1 Keebler Ready Crust
7. 2 large egg yolks
8. 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
9. 1/4 cup toasted, chopped hazelnuts

1. Bring milk to a simmer in a pan over medium-high heat.
2. Remove from heat; stir in chocolate, and let stand 5 minutes. Whisk until melted.
3. Whisk in sour cream, then whisk in egg yolks and vanilla.
4. Pour filling into crust, and smooth top with a spatula.
5. Chill until firm, at least 1 hour or up to overnight.
